Sao Bras

Centrally located in the eastern Algarve, Quinta Da Horta is a great place from which to discover all the secrets of the stunning Algarve.

We are 1km away from the centre of Sao Bras. The town is full of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Surrounding us are rolling hills, perfect for a walk and many cycling routes. Everywhere you go you will see the fields full of olive trees and many fruit orchards.

Located in São Brás de Alportel is the Museu do Traje (Costume Museum) which has various exhibitions relating to the history of the local area; traditional clothing, historical vehicles and agricultural tools used in the cork trade - which this area is renowned for. This is an interactive museum where you can learn about the preparation and transformation of cork throughout time.
